We are pleased to share that Floridea Di Ciommo, will represent cambiaMO at the 16th ITS European Congress in Seville, taking place from 19 to 21 May 2025. Organised by ERTICO – ITS Europe, this Congress is one of the leading events on smart and sustainable mobility in Europe, bringing together key stakeholders from across policy, industry, research and civil society.
This year’s edition is organised under the theme “Clean, Resilient and Connected Mobility,” addressing critical topics such as the digital transformation of transport systems and the importance of inclusive, sustainable urban mobility strategies.
Floridea will be participating in a range of discussions and side events that reflect our ongoing commitment to inclusive, sustainable and data-driven transport innovation.
Floridea will take an active role in the following official sessions:
- “ITS by Women, for Women” (20 May, 15:15–16:15, Room Madrid EF): a session exploring gender perspectives in mobility, where Floridea will contribute both as a speaker and panelist.
- Interactive Workshop on Inclusive Mobility Tools (20 May, 16:45–17:45, Room Paris ABC): organised in collaboration with the InclusiveSpaces, AMIGOS and SPINE projects. The session will feature short presentations and a hands-on challenge clinic, promoting co-designed solutions to accessibility challenges.
In addition, Floridea will be involved in:
- The Green Shift – Accelerating a Sustainable Future, a high-level discussion featuring representatives from the Spanish Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility, City of Hamburg, Google Maps, POLIS Network and more. The session will focus on policies and innovations driving Europe’s transition to sustainable mobility, exploring smart city strategies, eco-efficient infrastructure, and collaborative planning.
- Nordic+ Pavilion sessions, focusing on automation, data governance and innovative approaches to ITS.
- Networking events, including the Welcome Reception and ITS Dinner, offering opportunities to exchange with European and international partners.
The ITS Congress offers a valuable platform to explore how innovation, policy and participation can align to shape the mobility systems of the future. We look forward to sharing insights from Floridea’s contribution to this key European event.
