Today, International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, we publish our Plan for Genders Equality (GEP).
Our organization (“cambiaMO”, “we” or “us”) is committed to promoting equal opportunities and believe that all persons are entitled to equality of opportunity regardless of their sex, race, ethnic origin, disability, sexual orientation, religion or belief, marital status or age.
In accordance with its legal responsibility, cambiaMO will ensure that there is no discrimination against any person for any reason. Everyone at cambiaMO will take responsibility for challenging stereotypes and all forms of discrimination. Everyone at cambiaMO will promote equality of opportunity and will investigate all complaints of discrimination.
On 1st September 2021, the direction of cambiaMO approved the Plan for Genders Equality (GEP). The GEP is a tool used by cambiaMO in order to promote gender equality aimed at guaranteeing to every individual, by contrasting any form of discrimination, equal conditions for participation in the work life.
The cambiaMO team supports the formulation of the Gender Equality Plan also as an implementation measure of the 2030 Agenda, proposed by the United Nations General Assembly, in order to contribute to the achievement of sustainable development at a global level.
