Mobilizing justice toward the action in transportation opens the question of how do we operationalize justice in transportation. That can be made by bringing at the table of transportation the human rights dimension and language. Therefore, recognizing rights to participate, rights to live in good health, right to survive catastrophic events, all of them are human rights that have deep inferences in the transportation domain.
